DR HARRISON MIHAILIDIS
MD, MCChiro, BAppSci, FAFRM
Rehabilitation Physician & Pain Medicine Fellow
Dr Harrison Mihailidis first worked as a chiropractor, developing a strong foundation in musculoskeletal health, manual therapies, and holistic approaches to pain management, which complements his medical practice and allows a greater understanding of the broad range of treatment strategies available for his patients.
Dr Mihailidis worked as a surgical resident in his junior medical years, then completed his rehabilitation physician training primarily at Austin Health and St Vincent’s Hospital, including time as a registrar in the Victorian Spinal Cord Injury Service and Acquired Brain Injury Units at Austin Health.
Harrison undertook the core training stage of his Pain Medicine fellowship at the Barbara Walker Centre for Pain Management, gaining extensive experience in multidisciplinary pain care.
He has a special interest in interventional pain procedures, lifestyle modifications, and physical therapies to help patients manage chronic pain and improve their quality of life. His approach integrates evidence-based treatments tailored to each patient’s needs.
